Every product page lists compatible makes and models. Not sure? Send us your vehicle details before ordering, we'll confirm compatibility before you spend a penny.
Most orders arrive within 8–18 business days via tracked international courier. You'll receive a tracking link automatically as soon as your order is dispatched.
Most of our products are plug-and-play or come with step-by-step guides. A basic mechanical ability is plenty for most fitments. If you'd rather have it done professionally, any independent auto shop can handle it.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused and unopened items. If something arrives damaged or defective we'll replace it at no cost, no hassle, no arguments. Just contact us with your order number and a photo.
Our upgrades are designed to be non-destructive and use existing factory connectors where possible. We can't make legal claims on behalf of any manufacturer, but our install approach avoids any cutting or permanent modification.
You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to cancel or make changes. After that, fulfilment may have already started. Email us immediately and we'll do everything we can to help.

Tracked shipping on every order
Every order ships with full tracking. Your tracking number is emailed automatically once dispatched. No need to chase us.
Estimated delivery: 8–18 business days
Products ship from our international warehouse. Most orders arrive well within this window, though customs clearance can occasionally add time.
No surprise customs charges
The price you see is the price you pay. Duties and import fees are handled on our end. We do not pass unexpected charges to you after checkout.

How to start a return

Send your order number and a brief description (photos help if it's a damage claim) to nordicautocustoms@gmail.com.
We confirm
We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a label if applicable.
Refund or replacement
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Replacements ship immediately.
