Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive your order and confirm your payment.

Shipping Time & Cost
We offer free worldwide shipping.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the estimated shipping time is 7 to 14 business days to most international destinations.

Please Note: Your total delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping time. Please be aware that all packages are shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning the price you see at checkout is the final price. There will be no surprise customs fees or import taxes.

However, for certain countries or shipping destinations where DDP shipping is unavailable, import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Nordic Auto Customs.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. You can use this number to track your package's journey.

Please Note: If your tracking information is not visible immediately, this means the shipping carrier has not yet updated the tracking system. Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours after dispatch. We will update your tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
