Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind the quality and compatibility of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all protective films still on the screen.
Non-returnable items:
· Opened or installed software-loaded devices. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products where the software has been activated or the unit has been physically installed into a vehicle, due to the nature of the product.
· Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the correct item.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranty
This Return Policy is separate from our Product Warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship. Please see our Warranty Policy for details.
