1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and placing an order with Nordic Auto Customs, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in this Terms of Service agreement.

2. Products & Compatibility
All products sold by Nordic Auto Customs are designed as aftermarket upgrades. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify product compatibility with their specific vehicle make, model, and year before purchasing. We provide compatibility guides and tools, but final compatibility verification rests with the customer. We are not liable for purchases of incorrect products.

3. Software & Intellectual Property
All software, firmware, and related content provided with our products are licensed, not sold. You agree not to copy, modify, or redistribute our software or any copyrighted material.

4. Product Modifications & Installation
Our products are sold as "plug-and-play" kits. Any physical modification, cutting, or splicing of the product or your vehicle's wiring during installation will void the product warranty immediately. Nordic Auto Customs is not liable for any damage caused to the product or your vehicle during installation.

5. Limitation of Liability
Nordic Auto Customs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
